A few years ago I took a leap of faith and started to live my life more inline with my passions - one of which is personal development. I love to read about it, learn about it, hear about it and share it’s benefits with others. My other passions include gardening, travel, home decor, and spending time with my family.
Recently I took my love for personal development a step further and became a Certified Passion Test Facilitator and trained with Janet and Chris Attwood, authors of the New York Times best seller, The Passion Test. I’m excited to assist others to discover what is really important in their lives and live in aligment what their priorities. At the same time I launched my business, Passion Power and Purpose with the purpose of delivering focussed passion.
I love to assist individuals in uncovering their greatest desires and give them tools to help them to create their ideal life and live to their fullest potential. I do this through workshops, seminars, public speaking engagements, home study programs, one-on-one coaching sessions and many other ways.
Coming from a 20 year corporate background, I realize how in need we are of passion-based work environments that engage employees and align them to corporate values. The value of passion-based work is HUGE for all involved: businesses, employees, families, customers, society as a whole, and the list goes on. Currently the majority of the workforce is made up of employees who are partially engaged or disengaged. Only 30% (roughly) are fully engaged and I look forward to helping to reverse these statistics.
